Training & Approach
My passion and interests have led me down a path of knowledge, where intuition meets structured learning. Tarot has become the heart of my work, and I have explored it in many forms to offer readings that are not only grounded but also transformative and deeply personal.
Through Tarot, Energy Healing, and Coaching, I offer a multidimensional approach, honoring both science and spirit,
to help you awaken, heal, and grow.
Tarot Studies & Certifications
I have trained in tarot through masterclasses, certification programs, and workshops, bringing together both structure and intuition. My studies include:
- Master Tarot Programs — Advanced work in card interpretation, spreads, and intuitive techniques for clear, meaningful readings.
- Jungian-Inspired Tarot Study — Coursework exploring Tarot as a tool for self-reflection, shadow work, and subconscious connection, with certification through the Jungian Tarot Reader program.
- Intuitive Tarot & Specialized Classes — Accredited certifications in intuitive reading, Tarot therapies, shadow work, and advanced courses for skill and confidence.
- Advanced & Continued Practices — Ongoing Tarot mastery courses, active study groups, live interactive Zoom classes, and continued workshops supported by a personal library focused on Jung, Tarot therapy, shadow work, and archetypal symbolism.
For me, Tarot is more than surface-level answers; it is a deep conversation with the subconscious, a way to uncover patterns, honor intuition, and open the door to healing and self-discovery.
Energy Healing & Esoteric Studies
Alongside Tarot, I have dedicated myself to studying energy healing and esoteric practices. This work deepens my understanding of how the body, mind, and spirit connect, and how balance can be restored through intentional practice.
Certifications & Studies Include:
- Reiki Training — Usui Reiki Practitioner Levels I & II, Reiki Master Level III (accredited), and Reiki of the 13 yAscended Masters.
- Egyptian Healing Arts — Certifications in Ancient Egyptian Energy Healing, Merkaba Reiki (light body activation), and advanced initiations in Sekhem, Seichim, and Isis Reiki lineages.
- Crystal Lithotherapy — Accredited certifications in Crystal Healing (beginner through advanced) and Lithotherapy.
- Meditation & Flow Practices — Certifications in Meditation Coaching and Flow State training, including breath work, focus, mindset, chakra alignment, and grounding for effortless presence.
- Divination — Pendulum healing and world religions studies.
This blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices allows me to create sessions that honor both spirit and science, supporting balance, clarity, and transformation.
Coaching & Holistic Training
My coaching path is rooted in accredited certifications and a deep curiosity about healing, psychology, and spirituality. I have trained in methods that support the whole person, mind, body, and soul, so clients feel empowered to realign with their true selves.

- Trauma & Recovery — Trauma Healing Coaching, Alcohol Recovery Coaching, and ADHD Coaching certifications; additional coursework in narcissistic abuse (Dr. Ramani).
- Mind-Body Healing — Meditation Coaching, Positive Psychology Coaching, Health & Wellness Coaching, Ayurvedic Practitioner training, and Lithotherapy Certification.
- Spiritual & Depth Work — Jungian Practitioner Certification, Past Life Regression Certification, Reiki Master Certification, and ongoing studies in spiritual integration.
- Specialized Holistic Studies — Naturopathy Certification and Animal Naturopathy, along with additional holistic healing studies through live classes and independent study.
This blended training allows me to meet clients where they are. I approach coaching as a partnership, blending psychology, creativity, energy work, and soul practices to help clients uncover resilience, heal wounds, and step into their fullest potential.
